These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of alispromeditours.com (the "Site") and the medical tourism facilitation services provided by AlisPro MediTours ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
AlisPro MediTours is a medical tourism facilitation and coordination service. We help international patients connect with independent, third-party hospitals, clinics, and doctors in India, and coordinate related logistics such as travel and accommodation.
We are not a hospital, clinic, medical practice, or insurer, and we do not practice medicine. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. All diagnosis, treatment recommendations, and clinical decisions are made solely by the independent, licensed hospitals and doctors you are referred to, based on their own professional judgment.
Costs, savings percentages, treatment durations, hospital stay lengths, and similar figures shown on the Site are indicative estimates only, based on typical cases and information available to us at the time. They are not quotes, do not account for every individual's medical complexity, and are subject to change once a hospital reviews your specific reports. Final pricing, treatment plans, and timelines are determined solely by the treating hospital.
We make no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the outcome of any medical procedure, the availability of any doctor or hospital, visa approval, or travel arrangements. Medical treatment carries inherent risks that exist regardless of where or by whom it is performed, and we are not liable for any medical outcome, complication, misdiagnosis, malpractice, or other act or omission of any third-party hospital, doctor, or other provider.
Any coordination or service fees charged by AlisPro MediTours, separate from hospital or third-party charges, will be disclosed to you before you commit to engaging our services. Hospital, doctor, travel, and accommodation charges are set independently by those third parties and are not controlled by us.
The Site may reference or link to third-party hospitals, hotels, airlines, insurers, or other services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of any third-party service, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
All text, graphics, logos, and other content on the Site, except third-party content, is owned by or licensed to AlisPro MediTours and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlisPro MediTours shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Site or our facilitation services, including but not limited to any medical outcome or act or omission of a third-party provider.
You agree to indemnify and hold AlisPro MediTours harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your interactions with third-party hospitals, doctors, or service providers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to care@alispromeditours.com or 238 Westend Mall, Janakpuri, New Delhi, Delhi 110058, India.
